Attention all Residents – Annual Spring Time Lot Check

Please be advised PRP Board Members will be reviewing all lots in the Park to ensure they are clean and secured for upcoming Hurricane season. You may observe them walking around all the units. If an issue is found that needs to be addressed, you will be notified by the Board.

Pine Ridge Palms is a small quaint neighborhood comprised of resident owned lots with park model homes and recreational vehicles. A gated community with quiet summers and busy activities in season.

An amazing location in south Fort Myers where you will find easy access to groceries, lots of shopping, amazing restaurant choices, and entertainment of course.

Times Square of Fort Myers Beach is a short drive away. Sanibel Lighthouse and the beautiful beach and shells is just a few miles further. You will find Lover’s Key, Captiva, and many others beautiful beaches just a short drive further away.

We are definitely a little piece of paradise in our park and with all the residents who volunteer in the park we are thankful to keep it looking nice and clean.
