Board of Directors & Officers
DIRECTORS
The affairs of the Association shall be managed by a Board of Directors of no less than three (3) persons. The present number of Directors is seven (7) and this number may, from time to time, be increased or decreased by amendment of the Pine Ridge Palms Bylaws, but will never be less than three (3).
Directors shall be elected by the members at the Annual Meeting of members and shall hold office until term expires and their successors are elected and shall qualify. Beginning with the 1993 election the Board of Directors, the election shall be held on the day of and preceding the Annual Meeting of the members. Directors shall be members of the Association. At the 1990 Annual Meeting, the first four (4) candidates receiving the most votes served for (2) years, the remaining three (3) Directors served for one (1) year. Each year thereafter, a rotation continues henceforth for all directors to serve two (2) years. The election of Directors shall be on the day of and preceding the Annual Meeting and shall be in accordance with the following:
OFFICERS
The officers of the Association shall consist of a President, a Vice President, a Secretary, and a Treasurer, and of who may be members of the Board of Directors, and such other officers as the Board of Directors may appoint. The positions of Secretary and Treasurer may be combined and held by one person. No compensation shall be paid to Directors or Officers for their services as Directors or Officers.
