About Us

Welcome to Pine Ridge Palms. We are a 55+ quaint and quiet community of both full-time and seasonal residents. The neighborhood is comprised of resident owned lots with park model homes and recreational vehicles.

Read more about resident requirements and limitations of residency in the Rules and Regulations, Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, and Bylaws found on this website.

Pine Ridge Palms is maintained by a Board of Directors and numerous volunteers.  These folks keep our park clean and well kept. After Hurricane Ian hit hard in 2022, the community came together to tackle the overwhelming challenge of restoring the park. Many of the homes were lost, but new ones continue to be delivered in the park.

Volunteers also create and conduct a variety of activities in our park, including shuffleboard, socials, twice a week lunches, talent show, parade, art show, bingo and many other weekly games and events.

Just a little history: Around 1915, the land that the park resides on belonged to E.P. Bates Pine Ridge Truck Farm Subdivision and was mostly agricultural. The land was purchased by an individual in 1982. The designation and sale of lots began in 1983. Continuous improvements have been made to the park over the years.
